Spicers Australia today confirmed that, effective 1st April 2026, Spandex Australia* has officially transitioned to new ownership under the Spicers Australia, marking a significant milestone for both businesses.

Spicers Australia and Spandex Australia will continue to operate independently, as they do today. For customers, it is very much business as usual, with no changes to day-to-day contacts, product portfolio, service, or trading terms.
